ONESTAR serves classic, thick-patty hamburgers without following the trends. While the burger scene keeps chasing the next big thing, we only care about one thing: how it tastes!

ONESTAR SERVES EVERY PATTY JUICY AND COOKED MEDIUM-RARE TO MEDIUM.
We grind our beef in-house every day to ensure freshness and quality.
After opening the meat packaging, we sanitize the beef surface with a food-safe sanitizer. We then store the beef in a temperature-controlled walk-in freezer.
For additional sanitation, our walk-in freezer is equipped with a UV light that turns on for one hour, four times a day.

We don’t provide cutlery because we believe a burger is meant to be eaten with your hands.
Just like Korean BBQ, which is wrapped in lettuce and enjoyed with your hands, a burger should be picked up and enjoyed the same way. Our solution is simple: we wrap our burgers so you can enjoy them without the mess.
If you prefer cutlery, just ask our staff, and we’ll be happy to provide it. But we think the best way to eat a Onestar burger is with your hands.
